Can I arrive while still using?
It depends:
Alcohol: Must be abstinent 7 days before ibogaine. Can’t do it alone? We’ll medically supervise your alcohol detox onsite first.
Opioids: Don’t stop before arrival. Our doctors will stabilize you here and minimize withdrawal before ibogaine treatment.
Psych meds/stimulants: SSRIs, benzos, and stimulants must be tapered off first due to dangerous interactions. We’ll guide you through safe tapering, and some can be managed at our facility.
